12 Foot Beardcast
In 2019, we pushed the 12 Foot Beard brand into the over-crowded world of podcasts. We had some experience introducing them into the over-crowded world of craft spirits, so that gave us the confidence to give it a try. Working with just a handful of co-workers and staring myself as host, we took off. It was important to us (and the brand) that we only invite guests that embodied the brand — people of character and integrity. We wanted to use this forum as an opportunity to enforce the brand story of how important it was for people to “keep their word”. “Keeping their whiskers” was a harder ask. Additionally, we presented the podcast on Facebook Live and Instagram and invited our listeners (and viewers) to comment and ask questions directly to our guests.
